Women: it is recommended you use a pea sized amount on a pulse point twice daily. Once in the morning and once in the evenings rotating the points each day. Do this for 3 weeks on and the 4th week off. Often people sync it up with their moon time cycle, taking the week of the bleed off. Non bleeding women can choose a week that feels aligned to take off.
Men: it is recommended you use a pea sized amount on pulse points daily. Rotate placement as well. Do not take a break.
